Star Crossed Myth – Department of Wishes is a fantasy romance otome game published by Voltage Inc. It was originally released as a standalone mobile app, and has since been ported to their mobile story app Love 365, the Nintendo Switch, and finally Steam. In Star-Crossed Myth, the heroine encounters beautiful gods of the heavens, each of them marked by sin. In this collection of romantic tales, she heals them of their sins and falls in love.
Hugely anticipated since its smash-hit Japanese release, the English translation of Nitro+CHiRAL’s Boys’ Love title Slow Damage will be released digitally on November 14th 2022.
Physical copies will be available for preorder through J-List and the game will be sold digitally through the JAST Store and GOG. JAST BLUE is currently exploring a Steam release in the near future as well.
Slow Damage tells the story of Towa, a hedonistic artist living in a yakuza-controlled city of the near future. Intent on painting people’s darkest desires, Towa seeks out extreme sensation and seedy underworld connections. But in exposing the truths of those around him, Towa may have uncovered more than he bargained for…
Hey Blerdy Tribe, just a quick post this time–the end of the year is almost here! We got a ton of otome game localizations this year and I want get your opinions on the top otome game localizations of 2021! I created this google form where you can cast your vote: https://forms.gle/YzvuQJ115xPnADs38
So, for this vote, I’m looking specifically at otome games that were localized in 2021 for PC and the Switch (there are way too many moble games)–I’ll do something different for indie games. I’m also restricting this list to official localizations, so no fan translations or patches.
I’ll take a final tally on December 26th 2021, so be sure to get your responses in by then! Also, please feel free to share this with others so I can get a good number of community feedback! Thank you!
Thank you for reading and supporting Blerdy Otome!

Hey Hey Blerdy Tribe! These last few months have been kind of crazy on my end, but in a good way! I’ve been getting my Twitch channel off the ground and I recently started a Discord server to connect with folks away from this site and Twitch–which means content here on Blerdy Otome has been kinda sporadic. I’m slowly finding a good rhythm for everything so I should be back on track next week-ish.
But, today I wanted to share some exciting news with you all! If you follow my socials you probably already know, but around the end of August I found out I was nominated for one of the*GameHERs Awards.

So I’ll be taking a bit of a break–no new posts until Monday May 10th! But, I’ll still keep boosting the giveaway on my socials and if you wanna chat just drop me a line! I’ll see you guys next week!

If she can find the person destined to be her soulmate, she will finally be able to open her heart and reveal her true name, continue her bloodline, and save the world before it is destroyed.
One of the last of her clan, Olympia seeks to perform a ritual to return light to a darkened world. Struggling within this society’s strict class system, she must find a partner to help her bring unity to the land.
I have always wanted a gaming chair, but my financial situation was never really accommodating. Gaming chairs can run you anywhere from a few hundred dollars to upwards of four figures and when you’re making a choice between rent and groceries, a gaming chair is a luxury that most folks would normally pass on–myself included.
So, when EwinRacing contacted me about testing out one of their gaming chairs, it seemed too good to be true. I will admit that I was a smidge suspicious about the offer, since I am but a tiny fish in the big ocean that is the internet–but, I figured what’s the worse that could happen?
And… you guys, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS CHAIR!! I had heard all the hype about how wonderful gaming chairs were and I was skeptical until I sat my butt in one and it is heavenly! So, today I’d like to share my gaming chair journey with you all and hopefully entice you to get one for yourself.
