Hey Blerdy Tribe! It’s the end of yet another month, so it’s time for the Blerdy Otome Monthly Recap! So March was at once the longest and the shortest feeling month to date and now that it’s over I’m having a hard time remembering what all went on this month (probably because NU: carnival dominated my life). And of course, I got to see my baby niece this month and she is the cutest little bean!!

I’m currently working on some site updates, but it’ll take me a bit to get everything set up, but once I do it should be cool (at least I think so lol). But, I suppose my biggest news is that I was invited to be a guest at FujoCon 2022! Apparently my rampant BL fangirling on the internet and I’ve been asked to host a panel on BL games and being a content creator…the uh, “details” are still a work in progress–the con isn’t until June so I have some time. But, I’m super excited, this will be my first con panel and I’m blown away that I was asked to spread the BL agenda and here’s hoping I do a good job!
As always there’s a lot more on the horizon in April, but before we dive into the new month, let’s take a look back at the month of March here at Blerdy Otome!
Favorite March Post
Hey there Blerdy Tribe! Today is International Women’s Day, the day when we spotlight the achievements of women and femme identifying individuals past and present. I’m sure many of you are or know some phenomenal and inspiring creators who are out there everyday shining their light on the world.
Everyday here on Blerdy Otome, I strive to spotlight members of the wonderfully diverse gaming community whether that’s with my reviews, lists, or through exclusive interviews. And today, I wanted to spotlight some of my favorite women and femme identifying creators within the indie games community! Each of these amazing creators is dedicated to creating a more inclusive community, by sharing their own unique stories and characters through their games and I want to shine a light on the fantastic work that they do!

Reviews To Expect in March
I usually just go with the flow when it comes to content here on Blerdy Otome, so it’s kind of hard to pin down what to expect each month. I want to get better at sticking to a “schedule” so I thought it would be good practice to include a section with some of the reviews I plan to write during the upcoming month. Not only will this hold me accountable, but it will also give you all an idea of what to expect to see in the month ahead. Full disclosure, this is not a complete list and there’s a good chance things will change—this is more of a rough draft…
