Hey Hey party people! I know it’s been awhile since my last post, let alone my last review. I was taking another break over the holidays, so I could relax and just spend time with family since I don’t get to see then very often.
On top of that I had a lot of last minute doll orders hit me at once and I managed to get hooked on a game that took entirely too long to finish…
So, the long and short of it:
This blog is not dead yet, I fully intend on coming back to it starting on Sunday, January 13th. I’ll kick things off with a look back post of 2018 and the return of some of my weekly series posts…
As for reviews, I’ve been sitting on some indie game reviews that caught my eye as well as some from my recent backlog dive.
- Ayakashi Gohan– this one has been in my backlog for far too long. But, I had time over the holidays to power through it, so a full review is on the way.
- 7’Scarlet– This is one that I finished quite a while ago, but the ending threw me for a loop so I decided to sit on it until I sorted through my feelings a bit… Expect a full review of the game in the near future.
- Camp Buddy– I’ve been burned by Black Monkey Pro before, but this cute BL from one of the former members of the team managed to catch my eye… I’m still trucking along with it, but at the very least I want to do a preliminary assessment of the game so far.
- Tales from Windy Meadow- the devs reached out to me about this one while I was on break, so I’ll be working my way through it this weekend.
I’m typing this from my phone so I’ll keep this short and sweet. I hope all of you had a great holiday and I really look forward to getting back into the swing of things again!
