Indie Japanese developer Shiono is releasing their horror mystery otome game Guardian Goddess on PC via itch.io on July 1, 2024. With the torrent of bigger budget otome releases from major publishers, I am excited to see a few Japanese indie otome titles making their way to the West!

About Guardian Goddess
Goddess Guardian is a fantasy otome visual novel with yandere male. The game contains many references to Japanese folklore.
The heroine with a mysterious past gets a job in a store in the underworld. A male doll will help her with this work. But perhaps they’ve met before.

I really like indie VNs coming out more frequently lately, there are some that I really enjoyed developing and that surprised me at this point, this one looks very interesting especially the art! Is beautiful.
