Anxiety Puppy is a hand-drawn interactive narrative game themed around “making peace with anxiety.” Through story interactions and emotional retrospection, players accompany the “Anxiety Puppy” and gradually uncover the tenderness hidden behind their emotions, eventually reaching self-acceptance and personal growth.
In the game, players take on the role of an ordinary young woman struggling in a big city. Under the pressure of job interviews, workplace manipulation, and the expectations of her family, she comes face-to-face with her own anxious feelings.

The game personifies abstract anxiety as a small puppy and uses an original picture-book art style with soft visuals and warm tones. Through a touch of fantasy storytelling, it offers players an intuitive way to understand the essence of anxiety. Instead of the heaviness often found in mental-health themes, it conveys emotional resonance in a warm and interactive way.
Anxiety Puppy provides players with a safe emotional outlet. Everyone’s anxiety deserves to be seen—just like the puppy in the game. It’s not an enemy, but a companion that needs understanding. Players can practice sitting with their emotions, and we hope that this “healing power found in the virtual world” can eventually extend into real life. Developed by Puppy Studio and published by Erabit, Anxiety Puppy officially launches on Steam on December 10. “We hope that one day, you will find your own moment of inner reconciliation.”
