Route Details & Tips

Yves’s route is locked at the start of the game. To unlock his route you will need to complete the Despair 2 endings for Lucas, Mathis, and Scien. Yves’s Salvation End is locked until you complete the finale of the game.
This route has three main endings (Despair I & II, and Salvation). There are also three Yves specific bad ends and two common route bad ends. All are included in this guide.
Because of the nature of the game, many of the storylines get pretty dark, so I have included content warnings where appropriate. These contain mild spoilers, so you will need to click to reveal them.
Once you complete Yves’s Despair End II, Act 3 – Le Salut will unlock. You will need to complete this to unlock Adolphe and Ankou.

Route Restrictions/Play Order

Mathis, Lucas, and Scien’s routes are playable from the start, with Yves unlocking after completing the other three’s Despair II ends.
You can play Mathis, Lucas, and Scien in any order you want and I highly recommend doing your first playthrough blind (it’s more fun that way).

This end is only achievable once you have completed the Despair 2 endings of Lucas, Mathis, Scien, and Yves.
Once you have done this the Act III Le Salute will unlock where you can complete the Salvation End. After completing this Yves’s Salvation End will be unlocked.
