It’s a brand new year and once again I’m setting unrealistic goals for myself! I am very aware that I didn’t finish any of the games on 2021’s list, but I dunno, I have a good feeling about 2022–this is the year I’m finally going to make a dent on my backlog (maybe).
I’ve been sitting on a lot of games, some for years, but, I’m definitely going to make an effort this year. So, here are some of the games I plan on actually finishing in 2022!
Piofiore Fated Memories
Church girl romances dangerous mafia boys
This is a return title from the 2021 list, but in my defense I just have two more routes left, so the likelihood of me finishing it this year is pretty good! I recently started Orlok’s route, and while I like Piofiore I just can’t seem to sit down long enough to play through it. I’m banking on my desire to play Gil’s route to give me the push I need to get through Orlok’s route, so we’ll see what happens!
AI: The Somnium Files
Dream hopping detective hunts mysterious serial killer
I picked this up during a random Nintendo sale because it was written by Kotaro Uchikoshi (Zero Escape series) and I am a sucker for mystery and puzzles. I’m still fairly early on in the game, but the dialogue is frickin hilarious–sass for days and I love it!
Nameless the One Thing You Must Recall
Traumatized dolls come to life to make sad girl happy
I’ve been nibbling on this game for years and so far I’ve only managed to finish just one route–Lance. So, this year I’m gonna hunker down and get through the rest of the game! In true Cheritz fashion this game has a lot of sad, tragic boys, but the art is nice and I’m curious to see how everything turns out in the end.
Love 365 Stories (So many stories…)
I’ve been playing Voltage games for years, but I have a bad habit of buying routes faster than I can play them In 2022 I am going to commit to finishing some of them and at least get my money’s worth! I have no clue where I’ll start, but lets just see where the spirit moves me…
Let’s Fill 2022 With Games!
Of course, there are plenty of new games coming out this year so I’ll be plenty busy keeping up! But, the above titles will be the games that I’ll tackle between new releases.

I actually made a 2022 folder on Steam the other day and put a bunch of games I want to play on there, I also have a bunch of Switch otome I want to play like Piofore and Code Realize, which I have yet to play even though it’s like one of THE big games.
Watch out that Nameless doesn’t give you an interest in the BJD hobby!

Piofiore and CR have been slow goes for me for ages, maybe one day I’ll finish them *stares into the middle distance*
