Indie studio, Lookout Drive Games launched a Kickstarter for their upcoming space western visual novel Bitter Silver, inspired by the anime Cowboy Bebop. Play as a bounty hunter leading a team of bickering misfits as you track down targets with your words or your weapons in a reactive story where your choices matter.
The campaign has a goal of $10,00 USD and is set to run until October 3, 2024, so be sure to show your support before the deadline! The team plans to release the game in 2026.

A Cowboy Bebop-inspired space western visual novel adventure where you can define your path as bounty hunter Lucia Lopez in the far flung future of the Milky Way Galaxy!
Experience your life as Lucia Lopez – a charismatic ex-soldier turned bounty hunter faced with adversity, tracking down space bounties with hopes of finding the long-awaited answer to a shocking curse plaguing your life.
Aboard your ship, the Athena, is Zap Matters, your fun-loving, half-human, half-alien, partner-in-crime (and love), and Hobbes, your team’s resident tech expert and a robotic talking cat.
It’s up to you and your team to journey into a city at the fringes of the Milky Way and track down the last three bounties standing in your way of finding the answers Lucia has been seeking all her life.

- Define the boundaries of your partnership with Zap from soft touches to dance-offs in the kitchen – Flirt, touch, or exchange subtle gestures with your partner-in-crime (and love) as you see fit and grow your relationship further together, whether romantically, professionally, or both!
- Take down unique bounty targets dead or alive using your skills as a team – You’ll always have the option to capture or kill a bounty target. It’s up to the world to decide how to react to your methods…
- An original, Yoko Kanno-influenced jazz and blues-filled score – Because everyone loves a good jazzy tune.
