TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I am super late… like a whole day late with my Fangirl Friday post, though technically it’s still Friday where I live. But, that’s besides the point, the reason I’m so late with this post is because I decided that I wanted to write about something super current. For this week’s post, I’m covering the newest film in the MCU lineup, Doctor Strange!!
I had no idea what to expect when I walked into the theater, because aside from seeing one Doctor Strange animated film on Cartoon Network years ago, I don’t know much about the guy… However, that didn’t stop me from getting a ticket to the film in 3D…

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m covering a one of my favorite animated films. I’m talking about the critically acclaimed 2001 animated film, Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi).
So what brought on this post? Well I recently watched the film again this past weekend and all of the memories just came flowing back! I just had to write about… it would be criminal not to have a post about this amazing film on my blog!

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m going to talk about one of my favorite movies from when I was a kid (and now too)! Today’s post is all about the second Pokemon film, Pokémon: The Movie 2000: The Power of One or Pokemon 2000 for short!
This has and shall forever be my favorite Pokemon movie, and before you all start in on how great Pokemon The First Movie is… I know it’s great, I love it too, but I like Pokemon 2000 slightly more and that’s that. Besides you should know this already, but despite technically being from the “Gen I” generation of Pokemon fans, I started my Pokemon journey in Johto. If you want to read more on that, I wrote a whole post about it, HERE.

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m going to take a break from the usual Fangirl Moment topics and bring you yet another film! Today’s post is all about the 2015 animated film adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s acclaimed novella, The Little Prince.
The Little Prince tells the tale of a young boy who leaves his home on a small asteroid in space, for a journey that takes him to the far reaches of the galaxy. Through his travels the boy sees many strange sights and meets a host of characters before eventually winding up on Earth where he meets a stranded pilot in the Sahara Desert. Despite being styled as a children’s book, The Little Prince contains philosophical themes on love, loss, and human nature.

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m gonna hit you guys in the gut with a French animated film that showed up on my Netflix homepage…Have you ever watched something so strange and confusing that you couldn’t help but fall in love with it’s awkwardness? Well that’s what happened when I first watched the animated film, Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart. It was a surreal musical experience that I simply won’t soon forget, and I’ll admit I teared up at the end too.
Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart (La Mécanique du cœur) is a 2014 animated film, which follows a young man, Jack (voiced by Mathias Malzieu) who was born on the coldest day of the year. Because of this he was born with a frozen heart, so a local midwife/witch replaced his dead heart with a small cuckoo-clock. While the procedure did save his life the midwife, Madeleine, warns young Jack there are three rules that he must obey in order to ensure the longevity of his artificial heart.

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m not covering any of my usual topics, this time I decided change it up by covering a book that I just recently finished reading.
So today’s post will cover the first “book” in J.R.R Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings saga, The Fellowship of the Ring. Originally released in between 1954 and 1955, Lord of the Rings, was supposed to be published as one complete work. However, the publisher decided to split the work into three separate volumes: Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and Return of the King. The central conflict of the story revolves around the One Ring, which was created by the Dark Lord Sauron to assist him in his efforts to enslave all of Middle Earth. However, before his plan could be fully realized, the ring became lost and peace descended upon Middle Earth. After some years had passed, the ring was found by the most unlikely of heroes, setting in motion an events that would dictate the future of Middle Earth.
