Hey there Blerdy Tribe, we’re already a few days into the new year and I realized that I didn’t do my monthly recap for December… so I’m doing it now! Better late than never, right? Even though we’re well into January, I want to take a moment to look back at the month of December here at Blerdy Otome! Hey Hey Blerdy Tribe!! The holidays are a time when most of us make the annual trek to see our families filling our days with joy and good cheer. But, the ongoing pandemic has made it difficult for us to connect with family and friends, so many of us are choosing to stay at home and that can really take a toll on your mental health. So it’s important to keep your spirits up and do things that make you feel good during the holiday season.
What better way to do that than by relaxing with some nice feel good games. So, whether you’re with family and need a break from the holiday hustle and bustle or you’re staying home till everything blows over, here are 5 uplifting games to get you through the holidays!

So while I had a week off from work for the holidays, I decided to break my unofficial anime hiatus by watching, Given—this was of course after I read through the available print manga volumes. But, since manga can’t sing to me I had to watch the anime if I was going to have any reference points for all of the songs.
For those of you that have been living under a rock for the past year, Given is a music themed anime series based on the bimonthly boys love manga series by Natsuki Kizu. The series follows the highs and lows of a four man amateur rock band, and the romantic relationships that form between them. The band is made up of hotheaded prodigy guitarist Uenoyama, fuckboi playboy drummer Akihiko, soft boi bassist Haruki, and the newest addition Mafuyu, a gifted singer still dealing with the weight of a recent tragedy.
