PokeNews: Legendary Bird Trio Distribution

Hey Pokemon Trainers! I don’t know what is going on with Nintendo and the Pokemon Company this month, but I hope they keep it up! I’m back again to tell you about another, Legendary distribution! This time, they are giving us the Legendary Bird Trio from Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow. But, if I know you guys, you’re probably saying, “I already have those guys, I don’t need them again.” Well to that I say, Hidden Abilities! That’s right this time around, each of the Legendary Birds come with their Hidden Abilities!

Originally introduced in generation I, Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos are a force to be reconned with! These powerhouses have been available in just about every Pokemon game (save Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald) throughout the years. The Trio were even essential to the plot of the second Pokemon movie, Pokemon 2000: The Power of One.

The event Articuno will be lv. 70 and have the Ability: Snow Cloak, it will also come loaded with the moveset Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam, Hail, and Reflect.

The event Moltres will be lv. 70 and have the Ability: Flame Body, it will also come loaded with the moveset Sky Attack, Heat Wave, Sunny Day, and Safeguard.

The event Zapdos will be lv. 70 and have the Ability: Static, it will also come loaded with the moveset Discharge, Thunder Shock, Rain Dance, and Agility.

So how do you get them? Well in order to The Legendary Trio Event will be a Serial Code Distribution. In order to use the distribution code, players must have a 3DS or New 3DS, and Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire AND an account with Pokemon Trainer Club which comes with an online newsletter subscription. The codes are distributed through the Monthly Pokemon Trainer Club Newsletter for May

Were you as surprised by this distribution as I was? Are you planning on snagging these Legendary Pokemon? I wonder what other special goodies the Pokemon Company has for us in the coming months!? Feel free to leave a comment, share, or like…And as always, Thank you for reading!!!

  1. I have a Moltres in my rain team just to mess with people. I’ll be resetting to hopefully get a good one. Zapdos would fit wonderfully as well, but I don’t know if there’s room.

      1. I can’t even imagine the work it takes to be a real competitive player. It’s just fun once in a while to feel good about winning…or go sulk in a corner from getting my butt kicked. Either way.

Gush about cute otome boys~
